At the February Board Meeting on
February15, 2010,
The Board voted effective 2/15/2010 to completely ban rental ( lease ) of unites purchased after 2/15/2010.

Units at Las Colinas purchased after 2/15/2010 may not be used as rental properties. Units purchased prior to this date can only be rented out in accordance with Rosies Rules of Rentals, available on this site.

As you may know, 70% owner occupied has recently become the new standard for Condos to qualify for government-backed mortgages. The Board did not feel we could take the chance that we would fall below this number, as this would negatively effect property values.
